Spring 2018: Regional Heats

We are excited to offer four regional heats in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Montréal. In each heat,10 young chefs will be chosen to compete against each other – and the clock – to create a main course dish for four within two hours, using ingredients from the pantry provided.

Sat May 5 – Calgary (SAIT)
Fri May 11 – Vancouver (VCC)
Thurs May 24 – Montreal (ITHQ)
Sat May 26 – Toronto (GBC)


Fall 2018: National Finals

The top candidates from each heat continue on to the black box challenge. The finalists will have three hours to cook a main course and dessert course using all the black box ingredients. One will win the ultimate prize of $10,000 and a stage at a selected leading international restaurant. Location & date TBD
