Anthony Walsh is corporate executive chef and partner at Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants where he oversees a diverse portfolio of restaurants, including Canoe and Auberge du Pommier, two of Canada’s most respected fine dining rooms. Defining Canada’s food personality continues to be a top priority for Walsh, as demonstrated by the successful opening of Bannock, Canadian Comfort Food, where Walsh’s exciting culinary vision shines through confidently. Anthony Walsh is the recipient of the Ontario Hostelry Institute’s Gold Award for Culinary Excellence and is the Ontario Gold Medal Plates Champion 2004 and 2007. In 2006 he presented dinner at the esteemed James Beard House in New York City. In addition to his work at Oliver & Bonacini, Walsh lends his support to numerous charities, with particular emphasis on the Stephen Leacock Foundation for Children.
