Executive Editor, Air Canada’s enRoute Magazine
Experienced journalist and editor Sarah Musgrave is the executive editor of enRoute, Air Canada’s inflight magazine. She has eaten her way across Canada several times in search of Canada’s Best New Restaurants, for the prestigious annual award that celebrates the best new eating establishments from coast to coast. She has always had a way with words, having previously worked as a scriptwriter before moving into the world of culinary journalism. An award-winning journalist and food critic, Musgrave has also been a restaurant columnist in the Montreal Gazette newspaper for more than 10 years and has worked for Air Canada’s enRoute Magazine since 2007 in a variety of roles, working her way up to Executive Editor of the renowned publication. Musgrave also authored the Resto a Go-Go book series, and published academic research on the rising importance of geographic indicators as a marker of authenticity in the food marketplace.
